I accept the following conditions:

1. The organizers of the class are not responsible for the accuracy or applicability of the content presented by the instructors.



2. If a class is cancelled due to the illness of an instructor, a lack of participants, or for any other reason, the participant will be refunded the prepaid fee. The organizers and instructors are not responsible for travel or hotel costs. Only the prepaid fee for the class will be refunded.



3. If the participant cancels his/her attendance for any reason, he/she will receive a refund of the prepaid fee in the following amount:
   100%, if cancelled 8 weeks before the class starts,
   50%, if cancelled 4 - 7 weeks before the class starts,
   30%, if cancelled 2 - 5 weeks before the class starts.
   
   There will be no refund if the participant cancels less than two weeks before the class starts.
   
   Only participation in the entire Master Class may be cancelled. There will be no refunds for individual modules missed. If a participant attends any part of the Master Class he/she will be charged for the entire Master Class.
   
   Cancellations must be in written form and are only valid when the organizers provide written confirmation.



4. A Master Class seat is given and confirmed between the organizers and an applicant for the Master Class if, and only if:
   a) there is a written and a binding registration,
   b) the applicant has accepted these participant conditions, and
   c) the applicant has a written confirmation from the organizers.
   
   If the applicant has not received written confirmation of his/her seat 14 days before the Master Class, the applicant must make an effort to contact the organizers. If the applicant cannot show he/she has made an effort to contact the organizers, he/she has no right to a seat in the Master Class.



5. The partici1pant assumes the risks of being in the teaching rooms. The participant further assumes the risk of injury during demonstrations or exercises applied to patients or others. The participant expressly releases the organizers and instructors from all legal liability and claims for compensation. The organizers and instructors are not responsible for injuries that may be caused to a third party by a participant.



6. In the event that the organizers assist the participant in obtaining a hotel room or other lodging, the organizers are not responsible for the service quality of the hotel or other lodging, nor do the organizers have any responsibility for obtaining the best price for the participant.
